1. Introduction
Welcome to Jeevana Samridhi. By using our website and making contributions through Razorpay, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or making contributions.
2. Eligibility
By making a contribution, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to use our services.
3. Payment Gateway
We use Razorpay, a secure and trusted third-party payment gateway, for receiving contributions. By making a contribution, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions and privacy policy, which can be found here.
4. Contributions
Contributions made to Jeevana Samridhi are voluntary and non-refundable. The contributions will be used for charitable activities as outlined on our website. We reserve the right to allocate the funds in accordance with our trust’s objectives and discretion.
5. Receipt of Contributions
Once a contribution is successfully updated in our system, you will receive a receipt via email. Please retain this for your records. In case you do not receive a receipt, please contact us at office@jeevavasamridhi.org.
6. Tax Exemptions
Jeevana Samridhi is a registered charitable trust under 409/2006. Contributions made to us are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. A tax-deductible receipt will be issued accordingly.
7. Use of Contributions
Funds contributed to Jeevana Samridhi will be used to further our charitable objectives, including education, healthcare, community welfare programs, etc.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Razorpay payment gateway or any issues with contributions, including but not limited to failed transactions or unauthorized use of your payment details.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be mentioned at the top. We recommend that you review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to contributions will be subject to the jurisdiction of India.
Refunds and Cancellations
Contributions are considered final and non-refundable unless there is a technical error (e.g., double payments). If you believe there was an error, please contact us at office@jeevanasamridhi.org within 05 days of the transaction. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 07-10 working days after approval.
Shipping & Delivery
As a social charitable trust, Jeevana Samridhi is not engaged in any kind of products delivery. Hence, there are no specific shipping & delivery terms applicable to us.
Privacy Policy
Your personal and payment information is processed securely. We do not store any sensitive payment information (such as card details), which is directly managed by Razorpay.
